Lately I have had some business owners approach me about how their graduates have raised concerns that they feel like they are not being given enough time, mentored enough or just generally hard done by. This can happen at the 6 month mark of a graduates career as the shiny, new phase starts to rub off and they start to settle into the routine of physio life. It can also happen when a busy owner gets too busy with their own caseload that they do not have time anymore to give a graduate the attention they require.
