Weekly Graduate Development Program (GDP) for Private Practice

 

At Physiomentor, we have designed a 12 week 'Graduate to Private Practitioner Program' to give your graduate the best head start and fast track their transition into private practice. New weekly curriculum covering non clinical and clinical topics will be available for your graduate to pace their learning and development whilst maintaining a private practice caseload.

- 12 Week Fast Track 'Graduate to Private Practitioner' Development Program.

The content housed within this program has been hand selected as the 'must-know-now' knowledge for a graduate to succeed in the early stages of their career in private practice. Much of this content can only be found in this program and not in the Graduate Learning Portal, hence why we have bundled the package together to give you the best of everything.

The progress of your graduate within the program is tracked to be sure they complete all the content available and keep them accountable for their learning. The program includes 36 hours of learning content over the 12 week period. You as the business owner can also view your graduate's progress within the program and view the content to enable further clinical and non- clinical discussions related to your business. The program content is designed to be completed in a 12 week period, however we understand your graduate may need some more time so we have kept the program open for a total of 14 weeks to ensure your graduate completes all facets of the program for maximum benefit.

 

- Weekly clinical knowledge video presentations (e.g conditions, clinical patterns, diagnosis, recovery timelines, how to explain conditions to clients)

 

- Weekly business resources and video presentations (e.g selling stock, how to create a recurrent clientele, how to limit       cancellations, dealing with Work Cover etc)

We will offer these resources as part of the program for you to implement with your graduate. Regular performance appraisals are vital for monitoring progress and give the instant feedback that graduates seek for fast development. Performance appraisals measure clinical knowledge and business key performance indicators. These resources are developed specifically for graduates in private practice. We will give you guidelines for KPI measures that you should be monitoring in your new graduate for profitability and performance. The key performance indicators (KPI) and monitoring will be completed by the practice owner.
